Your feedback will assist us greatly with the development of your new website proposal, and then your website should you select us as your new website creator. Please provide as much detail as possible. Please be as specific as possible, narrowing your choice to the best option. (In other words, don’t just say “all of the above”.) Also note that a separate, more detailed, questionnaire may be provided to you before the start of the website creation process. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

Please note that this is a rather long questionnaire which will require a good block of time to complete. The data you enter will need to be Submitted before you close this page. Otherwise, you will loose the data you’ve entered so far.
